Natuzyme P

.A concentrated form of this enzyme is also available under the name Natuzyme p50

Manufacturer: Bioprotein, Australia

Additional information

Specifications: Granulated enzyme powder, which should be mixed evenly with livestock, poultry and aquaculture feed.

Structure: Multienzyme Natuzyme p is an enzyme cocktail that, in addition to phytase, protease and lipase, also includes other enzymes that break down NSPs.

Application: Food digestion in the animal body is carried out by enzymes. Enzymes are protein in nature and are produced by the animal itself or by microorganisms in the animal’s digestive tract.

In the animal body, not all enzymes are present or their amount is not sufficient to digest all nutrients, so parts of the nutrients are not digested and absorbed and are excreted through feces. Anti-nutritional substances are found in many plant inputs, and the most important and problematic of these substances in the diet of monogastric animals are non-starch polysaccharides (NSP) and phytates.

Of these polysaccharides, beta-glucans and pentosans (arabinoxylans), which are abundant in wheat and barley, in addition to not being absorbed, they also surround other foods by creating thick, viscous solutions inside the digestive tract and prevent digestive enzymes from reaching these materials. They also prevent the contact of digested materials with the digestive tract wall and their absorption.

The presence of unabsorbed foods (especially in the final parts of the digestive tract) provides conditions for the growth and reproduction of pathogenic microbes such as E. coli, salmonella, and clostridium, and causes contamination of the animal’s digestive tract. Microbial digestion of foods in these parts will increase the moisture of feces, wet bedding, and the consequences thereof.

The excretion of some substances such as nitrogen and phosphorus in animal excreta causes environmental pollution and increases the amount of greenhouse gases as well as air pollution in poultry houses.

Since feed cost is the highest production cost in the livestock, poultry and aquaculture industry, the use of exogenous enzymes reduces the cost of production and, by breaking down anti-nutritional substances in feed and making optimal use of the feed consumed, it will lead to healthy production and reduced environmental pollution.

Multi-enzyme Natuzyme P, with its enzymes that are effective on all anti-nutritional substances and inhibitors of digestion and absorption, maximizes the efficiency of the diet, reduces environmental pollution, and helps release latent energy and other nutrients in the diet, such as amino acids and contents enclosed in cell walls, and for this reason it has been called the Green Enzyme.

: Benefits of using multi-enzyme Natuzyme P

  1. Increasing the diversity of input consumption in the diet
  2. Reducing the cost of feed
  3. Reducing the conversion rate (at least 5%)
  4. Increasing the survival of the flock
  5. Increasing the energy and protein content of the diet (at least 4%)
  6. Improving the quality of the litter
  7. Reducing treatment costs
  8. Reducing the length of the breeding period
  9. Improving the quality of eggshells
  10. Increasing the hatchability and fertility of the brood hen flock
  11. Improving the uniformity of the flock in terms of weight and growth
  12. Improving the uniformity of the weight of eggs produced
  13. Reducing the consumption of soybeans, oil, DCP, methionine, lysine, threonine, etc. in the diet
  14. Increasing the ability to absorb amino acids in the intestine (such as methionine, lysine, methionine-cysteine, and threonine)
  15. Improving the safety factor and not harming the environment (due to the presence of phytase and the decomposition of phytates and reducing the excretion of phosphorus and nitrogen into the environment)
